  • The test is unused or product purchased is in its original condition
  • The item includes all original packaging and is unopened
  • You can provide a proof of purchase

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorisation if eligible.
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Process the refund to your original payment method
  • Complete the refund within 1–3 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly supplied

If you need to exchange an item for a test, size, or product, please contact us to confirm stock availability before returning it.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Gift cards
